Jose-Luiz (JL) Moura (he/him)
Jose-Luiz (JL) is an executive leadership coach and the former COO for Salesforce in the UK & Ireland. He is a seasoned executive with over 30 years at the helm of Fortune 500 companies, with an extensive background in finance and operations.
JL’s career started in finance, as a controller with a focus on financial planning, analysis, tax, and corporate finance in technology corporations. He also served as Salesforce Board Observer on several boards for Salesforce Ventures’ investments to expand their ecosystem of growth.
JL has experienced and helped manage growth in fast-paced environments since the beginning of his professional life. Throughout his career, he led small and large teams and personally witnessed that if you lead from your values, you will create value in what you do.
He understands complex and matrix multinational companies operationally and now helps leaders and their teams navigate the challenges they experience by creating space to design solutions. With his support, through deep conversation, self-reflection and practices, leaders develop new behaviors and engage with their teams in a much more collaborative way.
Beyond coaching, JL actively contributes to non-profits and serves as a non-executive director of Outvertising Ltd and sits on the advisory board of Simprints Technologies – organizations that are driving positive social change.
JL was born in Brazil, has lived across Europe, and is based in London. After his long, successful career, he is now a certified Integral Development Coach and an Executive Coach with Access Alignment. JL brings his passion and operating experience in large corporations to support executive leaders' development. His purpose is to awaken and inspire possibilities and meet his clients where they are in their journey. JL has a unique ability to distill the conversation into insights and creates a safe environment for executives to reflect and structure the path to achieving their goals.
When he’s not coaching, you’ll find JL exploring the streets of London, with its history, galleries, bookshops, and cafes. During the pandemic, he took up running and baking sourdough, which he continues to do regularly.
