Our name – Access Alignment – comes from the multiple ways we nurture alignment:

Meet Our Team


Rebecca Arora (she/her)

Rebecca Arora is the founder of Access Alignment and has been an executive coach for 15 years. She is the author of Somatic Intelligence, a book that helps leaders use their bodies to shift their mindsets.

Rebecca leverages her own experience as a founder, entrepreneur, and technology product leader with Zen and self-awareness practice. She was a co-founder of Mode Media, which grew to the #1 lifestyle digital media company in the U.S. and the 6th largest media company.

Jose-Luiz (JL) is an executive leadership coach and the former COO for Salesforce in the UK & Ireland. He is a seasoned executive with over 30 years at the helm of Fortune 500 companies, with an extensive background in finance and operations.

JL’s career started in finance, as a controller with a focus on financial planning, analysis, tax, and corporate finance in technology corporations. He also served as Salesforce Board Observer on several boards for Salesforce Ventures’ investments to expand their ecosystem of growth.
